As soon as we have arranged for a babysitter to attend we confirm your booking to let you know who will be sitting and give you some information on their previous experience. 

You'll find your bookings are quickly and conveniently confirmed by text message, usually within a few hours.  We then ensure that both you and the babysitter receive a text message reminder on the day of your booking just to ensure no appointment is missed.
